     This is not NOT  your ordinary house and lot blog.  I will not bore you to death nor flood you with corny “NO DOWNPAYMENT” ads of the properties I sell. NOPE. I am here to tell you:

The Secret Life of Sales Agents

      No matter what industry it is: real estate, cars, stock market, insurance, medical etc; all salesmen are people like you and me. We bleed, we cry, we hope, we get angry; we want a happy, safe and comfortable life for our families.

     Most people don’t know that:

     Salesmen and agents get tired walking/driving WHOLE DAY from one place to another. We also get ulcers when we miss our meals running around appointments. Our feet hurt for standing 8 hours at malls giving out flyers in the hope that we can close 1 sale that will bring food to our families at home.  We also get hurt and embarrassed when people talk disrespectfully to us or when a client berates use in public. We need to attend lots of regular trainings, seminars & re-trainings; before we can get an accreditation and present you what we are selling.

     Laway lang ang kapital? We are just all profits with no initial cash out?

     Hmm, let’s take a closer look at Real Estates Sales Persons. We pay thousands for reviews & seminars just to pass the licensure exams to get our professional licenses to sell. Then we pay fees, taxes, bonds and more fees just to get and renew our licenses every couple of years. We pay the regular jeepney/bus fares when we meet people. We pay regular car tune ups to maintain it in top shape for client viewings (which are costly) . We need to buy decent business clothes, so we can look respectable.
